Fire Up the Grill

One of our favorite summer scents—dinner cooking on the grill.

You don’t mess with grilled cuisine and the manner in which it’s prepared. Ask the question, “Are you a charcoal or gas fan?” at a backyard barbecue and you may just  trigger a spatula throwdown. And that's before you get to really big debate—what kind of meat or vegetables taste best blackened!

Charcoal, mesquite, a little propane action—there’s definitely more than one way to love your grill. If you’re ready for some serious bonding, we’ve got several recipes that’ll do the trick:
