Rick Bayless: New Cookbook and Appearance
“Fiesta at Rick’s” is the new party cookbook by hometown favorite, Rick Bayless.
And if you’re a Rick fan (who isn’t?) you have a chance to meet him this Saturday, August 28 at the Macy’s in Old Orchard. Bayless will be cooking recipes from the book starting at 2 pm and then signing copies of his book, Fiesta at Rick's: Fabulous Food for Great Times with Friends
The book features food for parties and friends. Here’s a great recipe for a new twist on guacamole, Bacon-and-Tomato Guacamole, definitely meant for sharing, but it’s extremely tempting instead to eat every last bit yourself.
