Thanks for the great new list of BYO restaurants for me to try. Based on what you recommended, I think you might like Lalibela an excellent Ethiopian restaurant in Andersonville (5633 N. Ashland. The food is amazing and inexpensive.

The Curry Hut in Highwood. Cheap, delicious Indian food. BYOB. White table cloths, nice atmosphere. Tub Tim Thai in Skokie. Good, fresh, cheap, Thai. You can BYOB. Small corkage. So-So atmosphere. P

We recently went to Thai Pastry and Restaurant, 4925 N. Broadway St. Chicago (773)784-5399. It was BYOB and the food was very fresh and delicious! Peg K
