Heart Healthy Trail Mix

While not low calorie, this trail mix has the energy to keep you going and it’s full of delicious ingredients that are great for you.

Better still, your kids can mix it up since no knives or flames required!

Makes 3 cups

  • 1 cup toasted Brazil nuts or almonds
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts
  • ½ cup dried blueberries
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (like Craisins)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup dried shredded coconut (not sweetened)

Put all the ingredients in a bag and shake!
