I am not on a special diet. I have been working with Sue Marcus Hypnotherapy to help me lose the extra pounds through relaxation techniques and Hypnosis . For some reason after my sessions veggies sound a lot better then they use too. I will be losing more weight with you ladies. This will be fun.

I am familiar with all of these diets and am curious to see which readers are the most successful. I think most of your readers know what they need to do, it is doing it that is so hard. Most of your readers are smart, well-educated women and are aware of the need to do 60+ minutes of moderate exercise a day 4-6 days/week and to eat moderately sized portions, choosing a healthy combo of fruits, vegetables, lean meats and high protein foods, high fiber, low sugar, low carb, and a calorie count per day that is appropriate for their body/BMI. I also know to drink plenty of water, not to eat processed food, or eat in between meals or later at night. But even with all the knowledge I have, it is execution where I always fall down. So I will try along with the group starting May 2. I think you should encourage your readers to do it along with the selected group and we can report back via the comments tab. I just heard about and ordered the Full Plate diet. I will try this most likely, but it is not rocket science. I am sure it is another version of the list I gave above.

Go MiBs! Hope you all are fabulously successful on your respective diets! Wanted to share another great website, www.myfitnesspal.com that can be downloaded onto your phone. I just use it from my laptop. Tracks calories and the nutritional value of everything you eat, and has about every food known to mankind in its database. The best part? At the end of tallying your calories each day, it tells you "if every day were like today, you would weigh xxx.x in five weeks." Very motivating!

Good luck MIBS! I've used Lose It! before to track calories (not really to lose weight), and recently started to use it again. It's really helpful, but can be a pain when you go out to eat and have to figure out ingredients/guess. I do like that it lets you track your exercise as well, though, and then gives a net of burned calories plus consumed calories.
