Room Makeover with Charlotte Moss

Do you have a decorating dilemma? A room that’s okay, but doesn’t reflect you or the way your family lives? Charlotte Moss is here to help! The deadline to enter is April 15!

As part of the 2011 Lake Forest Showhouse and Gardens, Charlotte Moss will speak at a Decorating Workshop and in addition will address the decorating dilemmas of three lucky readers. Charlotte is a world-renowned decorator and author of seven books on interior design.

1. What has always been on your wish list?

2. Is there something that you have always wanted to try but couldn’t get there?  Are you willing to try it now?

3. What is your goal with your room?  Are you looking for a tweek or a facelift?

4. How is the room to function?

5. What palette do you prefer?  What colors are a no fly zone?

Along with this questionnaire, please attach to your email photographs of your room and 2-3 examples of what inspires you. It can be pictures of anything—rooms that you like, a dress, a chair, a garden, etc.

 Hint: If you have something you love from a magazine, you can scan it and send it.

All materials must be received no later than April 15.

Materials may be used at Charlotte’s talk at the 2011 Lake Forest Showhouse and Gardens on May 4, 2011, and will not be returned.
