It was a fantastic night for the Women's Health Foundation.
Singer/songwriter Jewel delivered an intimate performance for the foundation's "Below The Belt" gala, where more than 300 people raised money to support both existing programs like Total Control training, and for the development and expansion of new strategies for teenage girls and senior women.
Women's Health Foundation was created in 2004 by Missy Lavender with the mission to "improve the pelvic health and fitness of all women." The fast-growing foundation focuses on "connecting, educating and empowering women who struggle with pelvic health issues."
