A trained kinesiologist and former all-american athlete, Mindee is fantastic at personalizing a training program for your youth athlete. Not only does she focus on core fitness, condition, speed and agility, as well as, rehab and injury prevention,; but she also works one-on-one with young athletes in areas of diet, sleep, and other well-being issues that can effect athletic performance.
