Village Treasure House, a local not-for-profit resale shop, serves as a convenient resource for those wanting to sell or donate their fine home furnishings. It also is a great “find” for those wanting to purchase such items at greatly reduced prices. The store operates with over 100 dedicated volunteers, which includes 21 active board members and three ladies sharing the manager’s position. Proceeds from our sales are given as grants to local agencies that support women and families in crisis. Since it inception in 1997, the Village Treasure House has funded $790,000 in charitable grants.
