My husband bought me a gift for Christmas at TDC. I brought it back the other day because I did not like it. When I looked at the receipt, I realized I was weeks past the return period. They were so nice, and still allowed me the full amount of the return for an exchange. I found a beautiful pair of earrings and spent a little more money. They were so kind to me. I will return.

I saw a really cool bracelet on the Make it Better website. I called this store. They had it in stock and I drove out to see it. I bought for my wife for Christmas. This is now her favorite bracelet. They have really unusual things. I will shop there again.

I am very unhappy with TDC Jewelers in Buffalo Grove. I had them solder almost 2 dozen charms on a link bracelet and while the quality of the work was fine, the charms were attached to the insdide of the bracelet (so the metal content stamp is facing out). I was told that they don't consider that a mistake (?) and they would not correct it. Period. I also left specific instructions that no links be skipped when lining up the charms. Unfortunately a link was left empty between charms. I spent about $250 in labor and, honestly, I would NEVER give them my business again

I was glad to see TDC Jewelry was on your better list. I have shopped there for many years. I just recently redesigned an older inherited ring. They are so helpful and friendly. I was even able to sell some old gold to offset the cost. The new piece is great! I used to live in Deerfield and often shopped at TDC. I moved to Evanston two years ago, and still drive back to Buffalo Grove for my jewelry.
