I’m a single mom who owns a creaky old house in Wilmette that is in constant need of attention. I have been using Daryl and his guys for several years now, on big and small projects involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywalling, etc. They have consistently been terrific. They are prompt , polite and neat - - and make sure the job is done right. The price is right, too.

What a treat it was to have someone like Darryl from Get Dwell manage all of those things in my house that drove me crazy. The squeaky door, the cabinet drawer that wouldn't open all the way, the crazy smell under my sink... Darryl and his talented crew have fixed all those things for me and also spent time helping me get the house ready before I put in on the market a while back. I would recommend them highly. We have trusted Get Dwell with large and small home maintenance projects for several years and have never been disappointed. Daryl Rose and his merry men at Get Dwell have helped us and many of our real estate clients prepare their homes for sale. Many of these pre-sale preparations involved extensive remodeling efforts well beyond basic household repairs. The Get Dwell men were always on-time, neat, well-priced, skilled and very efficient. We've been using Get Dwell for over 4 years & have never been disappointed with a job, big or small. Owner Darryl Rose responds quickly & professionally to each request. My biggest surprise with working with this company is how each Get Dwell employee puts up with my curious, interfering children with good humor! Thanks to Get Dwell, we are efficiently maintaining our house and fixing all those annoying problems that come up over time.

For me, Get Dwell is one stop shopping. Get Dwell has done everything from hanging shelves and light fixtures, to foundation work, patching leaks, painting and securing our outdoor fence for our 80lb dog! Darryl Rose and his team are very resourceful - like the time they figured out how to get a 7ft table thru a 4ft door. They are always on time and get the job done. I keep a list of handyman work that needs to be done and when the list gets long, I call Get Dwell, they get down to business and are very efficient with my time. Get Dwell it an outstanding answer for those of us who do not have either the time, ability or desire to fix those things around your house that drive you nuts! I called them for the first time last January when my back door wouldn't close properly. Darryl Rose and his project manager came over that same day and fixed it. Since then they've fixed a leaking shower, installed a porch swing and repainted my front porch. They are always responsive and I trust them implicitly. I would highly recommend them.
