I first called Jennifer at Compucoach because a friend recommended her very highly. (his kids infected their computer with some nasty virus using Limewire). Since that first call, I have used her three times and every time she was wonderful to work with. The first time we wanted to update the wireless setup in the house, the second time we needed our Quickbooks setup and customized for our business and the third time we had a computer making funny noises (hard drive was dying). In each case we were provided a fixed-price quote and had service within a day. What I also love is their remote support which allowed them to access my machine remotely when I was having a Quickbooks issue and they helped me fix it on the spot! Friendly, funny - a total delight. And compared to other services I looked at, their prices were very fair.
